Erin’s expertise has been developed during more than 13 years listing and selling properties for Harcourts’ clients throughout Christchurch. “It wasn’t a love of houses that attracted me to the industry early on,” Erin says. “Instead, I am people focused – I really enjoy relating to people of all different types, finding out about their needs and then matching them with a property.” Erin’s training and career as a teacher stand her in excellent stead during the process involved in selling or buying a property. Once she has established a rapport with her clients, she is well placed to be a guide and an advocate in a process where there are frequent obstacles or setbacks.
