Rana Ransley AREINZ

A warm, engaging personality combined with a passion for the real estate industry took Rana Ransley to the top of the Christchurch property market. Mix in some sharp business skills and the result is the complete professional - with years of experience in marketing, sales and business ownership. Rana has worked hard for her success. Her ‘hands on” property experience totals 11 years but her feel for the sector goes back much further. Having built her first home when she was just 19, she has been keeping a close eye on the property market ever since. After establishing a successful career at Harcourts, Rana completed a business diploma through Massey University and then opened her own real estate business, which quickly become one for the top performers in Christchurch. In 2008 she decided it would be timely as well as an exciting opportunity to merge her business with Harcourts Four Seasons. She believes her management style complements that of co-owner Kevin McKay. They have high expectations of their sales teams and office administrators, and they offer a supportive and enthusiastic work environment which enables their staff to perform to the highest standard. The evidence of this is a growing loyal clientele who have achieved successful sales and smooth professional transactions. “My leadership role is one of support, encouragement and guidance, to inspire the team to be the best they can be, and most importantly, to lead by example. I believe training is extremely important to stay at the top of a constantly changing industry.” Rana says.
