The Harcourts Academy offers comprehensive sales programmes for both new and experienced sales consultants.
‘Getting Started The Harcourts Way’ provides the required qualifications for the industry certification. This is followed by a two day programme that will help even experienced professionals improve their business, and attached to this programme is iStart – a twelve module online programme which provides clear instructions and learning activities each day while you’re on the job. Empowering our offices and team leaders to improve their operations, the leadership programme includes applied topics such as team leadership, coaching and recruitment, training, marketing, systems, financial planning, technology and business strategy.
We offer a number of specialist training programmes and workshops in key areas such as commercial and rural real estate, urban developments, residential property management and auctioneering.
We believe in setting goals and developing a comprehensive plan in order to achieve them. Across all levels of the Harcourts business, we set annual business plans that are reviewed quarterly. This allows our people to really stretch themselves and achieve their dreams.

The Harcourts Academy offers comprehensive sales programmes for both new and experienced sales consultants. The following three courses are all part of the Harcourts Way Sales Programme.
You will be embraced by the Harcourts culture and made aware of the extensive support and in-the-field resources available to them. Bring your offline and online personal marketing resources inline; examine your listing ability and consistency of service; and learn how to manage your time more effectively and earn more. Sales Programme for New Consultants
4 days in the classroom
To kick-start your career, new to the industry consultants first attend this course.
24 weeks in the field
A self-paced 24 week programme for those new to real estate sales, the programme provides clear instructions and learning activities each day of each week. Throughout the programme we’ve provided real life examples that have worked for some of our most successful sales consultants. Let their experience guide you along your journey and help you attain lifetime success in the real estate business.
1 day in the classroom
Following approximately 6 weeks in the field, you will attend Graduate Day where you will have the opportunity to celebrate your successes and discuss real world challenges based on your individual experience. System check of which Harcourts resources you are currently utilising and identifying which ones you need to use more effectively or still need to implement into your business. Upon completion, you will have the focus, determination and self-confidence that will enable you to drive your business forward.
The full course incorporates optional online learning tasks, in-class training, one-on-one mentoring in the field with the student’s manager and ongoing reinforcement through learning in the field.
